Isn’t It About Time That The United States Got The Heck Out Of The Middle East?

http://endoftheamericandream.com/archives/isnt-it-about-time-that-the-united-states-got-the-heck-out-of-the-middle-east

From the page: ” In Afghanistan right now, a one-legged Afghan Red Cross worker named Said Musa is sitting in a prison cell awaiting his execution. Musa, a father of six children, was arrested by the Afghan government as he attempted to seek asylum at the German embassy last year. He was sentenced to death by an Afghan court that was established by the new Afghan government that the United States worked so hard to set up. He has been tortured and sexually abused for months. An Afghan judge has told him that he will be hung within a matter of days. So what was his crime? He was a Muslim that has become a Christian. Under Sharia law, that is punishable by death. Is this is the “freedom” that we have sacrificed so many American lives to bring to Afghanistan? This Christian father of six will be hung by the Afghan “democracy” that the United States has been “nurturing” and that U.S. soldiers have been working so hard to defend.

If this is the “liberty” that the United States is “exporting” to the Middle East, then why in the world are we still over there?

Isn’t it about time that the United States got the heck out of the Middle East?

Barack Obama and the rest of the U.S. government have been strangely silent about the fate of Said Musa. At this point it does not appear that the U.S. government is going to do anything to intervene.

What a disgrace. We have been in Afghanistan for about 9 and a half years. Up to this point, it is estimated that the U.S. government has spent over 379 billion dollars on the war in Afghanistan. Way too many U.S. soldiers have bled and died on Afghan soil.

And for what?

But it is the same thing in Iraq…………………..”

Local News | Does Gates funding of media taint objectivity? | Seattle Times Newspaper

http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2014280379_gatesmedia.html

From the page: ” Did you catch ABC’s recent special on an incubator to boost preemie survival in Africa and a new machine to diagnose tuberculosis in the developing world?

Perhaps you saw Ray Suarez’s three-part series on poverty and AIDS in Mozambique on the PBS NewsHour. Or listened to Public Radio International’s piece on the rationing of kidney dialysis in South Africa.

Beyond their subject matter, these reports have something else in common: They were all bankrolled by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Better-known for its battles against global disease, the giant philanthropy has also become a force in journalism. “

Davis case has thrown overboard America’s rules on terrorism | Asian Tribune

http://www.asiantribune.com/news/2011/02/22/davis-case-has-thrown-overboard-america%E2%80%99s-rules-terrorism

From the page: “The US has destroyed two Muslim countries and acutely lacerated the third Muslim country under the plea of curbing terrorism and making the world peaceful but its own track record shows that it is the leading terrorist state. It not only indulges in state terrorism but also foments terrorism through clandestine black operations in other countries. While the US has put the entire Muslim world on the chopping block, it considers its own executioners above law.

Hypocrisy and double standards of the US came in full spotlight when one of leading CIA’s agent Raymond Allen Davis, a former green beret working for State Department, was arrested by Lahore police after he shot dead two motorcyclists Faheem and Faizan with his 9mm semi-automatic Glock pistol in broad daylight on 27 January. 47 eye-witnesses recorded their statements saying that they saw Davis continuing to shoot at the two after they had turned to flee. Both were repeatedly hit in the back; hence question of self-defence didnââ,¬t arise. Davis stated that he shot them not because they had menaced him with guns but because he believed that they were armed.

The speeding back up SUV of US Consulate in Lahore which he summoned for his rescue trampled to death another motorcyclist Ibadur Rehman. Instead of attending to him, the driver who was driving recklessly on the wrong side of the road chose to slip away.”

Citizen Warrior: Islam 101

http://www.citizenwarrior.com/2007/10/islam-101.html

From the page: ” Authored by Gregory M. Davis, this short course – Islam 101 – is meant to help people become better educated about the fundamentals of Islam and to help the more knowledgeable better convey the facts to others.

To even begin to have a discussion about Islamic terrorism, we should have at least a basic understanding of Islam itself. “

Boycott Gropes – WSJ.com

http://online.wsj.com/article/best_of_the_web_today.html

From the page: ” In any case, it seems to have escaped Krugman’s and Drum’s notice that the Wisconsin dispute has nothing to do with corporations. The unions’ antagonist is the state government. “Industrial unions are organized against the might and greed of ownership,” writes Time’s Joe Klein, a liberal who understands the crucial distinction. “Public employees unions are organized against the might and greed . . . of the public?”

The “labor movement” in America has increasingly come to consist of people who work for government, not private companies. As the BLS notes, the union-participation rate for public-sector workers in 2010 was 36.2%, vs. just 6.9% for private-sector workers. “

Supreme Court & Pharmaceutical Terrorism | Dr. Mark’s Blog

http://blog.imva.info/medicine/supreme-court-pharmaceutical-terrorism

From the page: ” image
The Supreme Court showed the world today that there is nothing supreme or noble about it and that it is as corrupt and cruel as most other governmental institutions. In a 6-3 vote, the high court ruled for Wyeth, saying they could not be sued for vaccine damages. Wyeth is now owned by Pfizer Inc. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that federal law shields vaccine makers from product-liability lawsuits in state courts seeking damages for a childâ€s injuries or death from a vaccineâ€s side effects.
The trial case was a lawsuit by the parents of Hannah Bruesewitz, who suffered seizures as an infant after her third dose of a diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (DTP) vaccine in 1992. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday the 22nd of February 2011 sustaining the federal law that shielded vaccine manufacturers from desperate parents who seek damages for serious health problems suffered by their children.
Todayâ€s children are hit with more shots in a day then most of us were hit with in our entire childhood. No doubt certain pharmaceutical madmen fantasize having a permanent tubular hookup with every child receiving constant (24/7) chemical injection and the Supreme Court would obviously go along with that. Pharmaceutical terrorism and medical madness is alive and well in this world of ours and is part of the backbone of our modern civilization and the legal system has totally bought into it even though they understand nothing about medicine and the consequence of supporting the madness of pharmaceutical companies. “
